At AnmolPure, freshness is our promise. Unlike others, we do not stock products in advance. Every item is freshly prepared on the day we receive your order or the very next day. Each product is checked carefully for its preparation date before dispatch, ensuring you always receive only the freshest and purest food.

1. General Shipping Rules

Accurate Details Required: Customers must ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact number provided at the time of booking are correct. Any delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect details will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day (freshly prepared).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next working day.
 

Weekend & Holiday Orders:

Orders placed on Saturday after 5:00 PM will be prepared and processed on Monday (or the next working day), as courier services and pickups are unavailable on Sundays and Government holidays.

Festive & Peak Seasons:

During festivals or high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may extend slightly due to increased demand, stock shortages, or courier delays. Customers are requested to order early to avoid inconvenience.

Month-End Orders:

Orders placed in the last two days of each month will be dispatched on the next working day due to courier cycle closures.

No Advance Stock: We do not keep products in storage or prepare in bulk for later dispatch.

Sweets (Mithai): All sweets are prepared fresh on the same day we receive your order, ensuring authentic taste and quality.

Pickles & Namkeen: These items are prepared in batches and stored hygienically. They are not part of the same-day preparation policy, but we ensure they are delivered fresh, safe, and within their shelf life.

This way, our customers always get the best taste — whether it’s freshly made sweets or carefully preserved pickles and Namkeen.

3. Shipping for National Delivery

For customers across India, we use trusted courier partners for timely and safe delivery.

Estimated Timelines:

Metro Cities: 2 – 4 days.
Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 4 – 5 days.
Note: Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or logistics issues beyond our control.
